Colt Challenger, .22 long rifle cal. auto pistol. Serial #447737-C, mfg. 1952. Excellent condition. Often named the "Poor Man's Woodsman" and sure resembled one in its early stages of production such as this specimen. 98% blue is very nice. 6" barrel has adjustable rear sight and post front sight. Bottom magazine release. Dark brown checkered plastic grips with the "Prancing Pony" are excellent. One correct magazine. Tight action. Great vintage Colt auto .22! C&R OK.
