Star Model A Carbine, 7.63mm cal. semi-auto. Serial #A3806, mfg. 1927 in Spain. Very rare version of the Star Model A in 7.63mm caliber and extended 6" barrel. Excellent condition. Tangent rear sight with ten settings. 98% blue with vivid markings. "Lion" proof mark on barrel, slide and frame. Excellent shiny bore. Very smooth action. Star "Trade Mark" hard rubber grips are very good with some indentations in the checkering on the right panel. Lanyard loop. Correct bright magazine in excellent condition. Spur hammer. Frame is slotted for shoulder stock/holster and wood stock is included, but will need some machining to get it to fit - wood has been sanded very smooth. An outstanding collector rig! Rare piece that commands a good dollar! C&R OK.
