Winchester Model 12 Engraved, 12 ga. pump action shotgun. Serial #896764, mfg. 1941. Very good condition. Interesting war-time Model 12 that has been engraved on both sides of the receiver with scroll work and on the left side a setter dog with flushing grouse and on the right side a flying pheasant. Nicely rendered. Not signed. 30" plain barrel has nice shiny bore. Choked full. Straight grip checkered stock with Winchester marked hard buttplate. Field grooved forearm. Bluing is 90%. Good tight action. Matching serial numbers. Some light marks on the wood. Pretty cool Model 12! C&R OK.
