U.S. M1 Carbine, .30 cal. military. Serial #1110561, mfg. by Winchester. Standard World War II issue for U.S. Officers. Excellent condition! Very nice Winchester Carbine with early features like round bolt, flip-up rear peep sight, no bayo lug, tube for recoil rod/spring and flat front sling swivel. Bore is very good - needs a good scrubout. Here is the parts count: Receiver is "Winchester", round bolt is "U", op-rod is "U", stock has "W" in stock well, barrel has "W" with no date (which is correct), trigger assembly is "W". Stock is very nice and smooth with "Crossed Cannon" cartouche faint on right side. Sling. Oiler. One 15-rd. magazine. Parkerization is 98% and very nice. Clean and wonderful! C&R OK.
