Winchester Model 88, .308 cal. lever action rifle. Serial #59041, mfg. 1958. Very good condition. Nice pre-64 with recoil pad fitted and sling swivels studs. Excellent bore. 22" barrel with flip-up rear sight and hooded front sight. Bluing is 97% and nice. Stock appears to have been refinished to a semi-gloss - cut checkering is a bit smooth. Correct magazine. Tight action. Weaver one-piece base on top of receiver. Good vintage hunting rifle! C&R OK.
