Winchester Model 1894, .32-40 cal. lever action rifle. Serial #296732, mfg. 1904. Good condition. Well preserved specimen that has been shot plenty, but is still in good shape for shooting or collecting. 26" octagon barrel with buckhorn sights. 30% fading blue on all surfaces. Stock has been sanded, so no original varnish left. Crescent butt has some corrosion at toe. Tight action. Bore is somewhat dark, but strong rifling and could respond to a good scrubout and elbow grease. Light trigger pull. Top barrel edges have some hits. A very nice and solid original vintage Winchester lever from the turn of the century! C&R OK.
