U.S. 1816 North, .69 cal. Flintlock Pistol. NSN. Good condition. 9" smoothbore barrel has good bore. Nice patina finish. Works well. Lockplate is somewhat faint, but "U.S." and "Midlton, Conn" is readable. Wood is dark with a small crack in front of trigger guard. One barrel band. Wood ramrod. Antique. Marked "P" and "U.S." on top of barrel near breech. Chunk of wood missing on upper tang and some keep marks on left grip. Interesting antique!
