Ned Buntline Colt SAA, .45 Long Colt cal. single action revolver. Serial #NB0694, mfg. 1979 only. Flashy commemorative SAA honoring the pulp fiction writer and creator of the name "Buntline" he bestowed on the long Colt single actions favored by famous lawmen and outlaws. This specimen is a Colt New Frontier and has a 12" barrel and bright nickel finish. Adjustable sights. Black plastic Eagle grips. Six dummy silver cartridges and a placque inside of the old writer himself in buckskins with a rifle. Very nice walnut slide-out presentation case with red crushed velvet. Quite a package! This one will look very, very nice in your office, bar or den! C&R OK.
