Complete Registration Form

	Step One: Complete the basic information form which requires a few items such as name, home address and email address. To prevent fraudulent bidding, all users are required to keep their credit card on file with us. We collect this information at the time of registration using a securely encrypted channel between you and our website. A lock or key icon will appear on the bottom right corner of your web browser to indicate that the information is being transmitted securely.
	Step Two: You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. The email contains the activation link that will enable you to start placing bids.
	Step Three: Click the link in your email to activate your account (you will be cleared to start placing bids immediately).

Note: You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a user on this site. Be aware that we will not give out your information to any other company, but will use it only for our own internal use. Please make sure your mail reading program doesn't have filters enabled which would block email from our server. You will not be able to access the site without the information in your confirmation email.

We require your credit card information to be on file with us in order to place bids. To accomodate for this we collect your credit card information at the time of registration using a secure, encrypted connection. Please note that you will not be able to place bids without providing this information.

Be sure to include a valid e-mail address where you can be reached, since this is where your activation link will be sent.

This site is provided only as a venue for bidders and The Gunrunner Fine Firearms & Auction Co.  SITE OWNER is not involved in the actual transaction between these parties and assumes no control or liability over any issues that may arise as a result of this transaction.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided on this Website, including but not limited to information, documents, products, logos, graphics, images, auctions, and services are the wholly owned and copyrighted work of SITE OWNER and/or its Third Party Providers.  None of the materials posted herein may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means, without the prior express written permission of SITE OWNER or the appropriate Third Party Provider.  You may not "mirror" any materials contained on this Website on any other server or site without SITE OWNER's prior written consent.  In order to register on this site you must provide your true name and a valid email address.

BIDDING
Bidding on an item indicates your intent to purchase that item and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller of the item.  Bids cannot be cancelled once they are submitted.  Upon receiving notification that you are the winning bidder you are obligated to purchase the item.

CONSIGNORS
Selling an item in an auction indicates your intent to sell this item to the highest bidder and is irrevocable.  Consignors are bound by legal agreement with The Gunrunner Fine Firearms & Auction Co.  Consignors to this auction site you must agree to the following terms of use:
- Do not inflate the price of your item by bidding on the item yourself.
- Do not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Do not infringe on any third party copyright, trademark, service mark or patent.
- Do not spam (send unsolicited email) to users of this site.  Spamming will result in immediate termination.

DENIAL OF SERVICE
SITE OWNER and/or The Gunrunner Fine Firearms & Auction Co. reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  This right will be exercised when it becomes evident a user is in some way abusing the system.

TERMS OF SERVICE
This comprises the entire agreement between the User and SITE OWNER and supersedes all other agreements. By registering and participating as a user you are indicating your consent to be bound by this agreement.

SECURITY
SITE OWNER will provide security to protect user information that meets or exceeds the security requirements set forth by MasterCard and Visa, however, User remains responsible for the security of your 
site username and password, any and all activities correlated with your account.
