Unless you are a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer or possess certain other firearms licenses, we cannot ship the firearm directly to you unless that firearm is an antique (mfg. before 1898) or a "non-gun" like a bayonet or pellet gun. Therefore, you need to send us an FFL license from your local gun dealer. Your modern firearm will be shipped to your local dealer and you will go there for your FBI check and if you pass, they will transfer the firearm to you. The whole system works quite well, we sell thousands of guns this way each year!
