Question : What is Dynamic Bid Closing or Overtime?
Answer : Dynamic bid closing is an effort to level the playing field for those who have slower or less consistent internet connections. If a bid is made in the 3 last minutes of closing, the close time is extended by 3 minute increments to allow interested bidders a final chance to challenge a bid.
