Bidding
Question : The gun was selling for $900. I made an EZ Bid for $1000. Someone else later made a bid for $1000 too and took my winning bid! Why didn't I get the winning bid at $1000? I placed my bid first?!
Answer : In the example above, this is what happened:  The gun was at $900  (and has $50 bid increments) when the EZ Bid of $1000 was placed, it automatically placed a bid for the $50 increment above $900, which is a bid for $950.  Another bidder then placed a regular bid for $1000, to counter the previous bid of $950.  The other bidder's $1000 bid is valid because the EZ Bid responds to other bids in minimum increments and does not block other bids that are at its maximum.
